		<description>It sounds to me like you&#039;ve already made up your mind! You said you are in a rural district, and where I come from, 4 existing labs would be sufficient (assuming each classroom also has 1-2 computers for use as well). Without knowing how your staff currently utilizes your computer labs, it is difficult to know what your decision should be. If this one teacher can serve as a positive role model and change agent for the rest of the staff, then go for it. If done, it should be done very well, especially if it is going to be an area of disagreement among faculty. Good luck!</description>
