Adam serves his local community as principal at Marinette Middle School. Living in the same community provides him with an intimate understanding of his stakeholders. In the wake of No Child Left Behind, providing the best customer service has become more important than ever. Adam seeks to bring the most innovative ideas from books, conferences, and experiences to plant seeds of progress with receptive practitioners in his school, his district, and other schools and organizations across the midwest .
